The Women in Sustainability Leadership Network (WIS-LN) is a peer-led community of 150+ sustainability, ESG, and impact leaders. Our members are senior professionals (C-level/VP/Head of) from companies, financial institutions, professional services, government, non-profits, and foundations.

We’re united by a passion for building meaningful connections, supporting women in leadership, sharing insights, and driving progress in sustainability, social justice, and equity around the world.

We connect through a mix of virtual and in-person gatherings, creating space for collaboration, relationship-building, and growth.

WIS-LN is invite-only, with no membership fee. We follow Chatham House Rules and have a no-solicitation policy to keep conversations open, honest, and authentic.
